MERCK – COLLABORATION WITH KIDNEY CANCER CANADA
Kidney cancer is the 8th most diagnosed form of cancer in Canada, affecting approximately 8,600 Canadians in 2023.
As we focus on Kidney Awareness Month, we’re proud to highlight our commitment to inform and support Canadians touched by kidney cancer.
In collaboration with Merck Canada, we present these informational videos on kidney cancer diagnosis, symptoms and treatment for our community.
NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION (U.S.)
The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) in the United States launched an educational, patient-friendly animated video series on kidney cancer in English French, Spanish, Korean, Swedish, Italian, Polish, Hausa (Nigerian), Japanese, and Mandarin to support patient affiliates of the International Kidney Cancer Coalition (IKCC).
The videos were created to help patients in many countries understand complex health information, how kidney cancer is diagnosed and how surgery and treatment options can affect kidney function.
